The hydronic gas boiler must be at least 600 MBH capacity, with at least 4:1 turndown on natural gas, and dimensions no larger than 24"wide x 47.5"deep(long) x 55" high, with water (2") and gas (1") connections along the left-hand length side and air inlet/exhaust (4") connections along the top or left-hand length side.
The Contractor shall provide at least a 1-year comprehensive warranty on all new materials.
The government will only accept quotes providing a product in accordance with the attached restricting competition memo.
