This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.202(b), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 


Work shall consist of the removal of the old cabinetry in room 103 and room 106 (breakroom) of B44 and the installation of new cabinets, countertops, microwaves, backsplash, a large under-the-counter refrigerator, sink, faucet, countertop water dispenser, and all necessary plumbing to accommodate these installs. Details in the attached Statement of Work (SOW)


Period of Performance will be 60 days from date of award at Building 44, 52970 Jayhawk Drive, McConnell AFB, KS 67221.
