The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a full carpet replacement with Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) for the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) section of B926. The project also includes the approximate replacement of 230 sqft of carpet tile with carpet tile, and the demolition of a wall between two existing rooms. This work will have to be done in phases to maintain security of the area. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references.
