NECESSARY) WHICH SHALL INSURE ACCEPTANCE AND
SAFE DELIVERY BY COMMON OR OTHER CARRIER, AT
THE LOWEST RATE, TO POINT OF DELIVERY CALLED
FOR IN THE CONTRACT OR ORDER.
