Full Description

Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a noncompetitive procurement to Rite-Way Compliance Group, LLC d/b/a BMP Compliance Group, LLC. in the amount of $17,339.00 for a three (3) year contract for the annual subscription to Backflow Compliance Online Application Tracking Services. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-208 (3) of the County’s Procurement Policy and is considered a sole source as the service is required in order to standardize or maintain standardization for the purpose of reducing financial investment or simplifying administration. The software will integrate with Fats, Oil & Grease Program (FOG) software currently being utilized by the County and is only reasonably available from Rite-Way Compliance Group, LLC d/b/a BMP Compliance Group, LLC. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly. Contractors who believe that they can provide services that are substantially and materially the same as those identified in the attached Estimate No. 1133, dated October 20, 2023, must submit clear and convincing information to support a challenge the intended award. Challenges to this notice must be received no later than the Close Date of the Sole Source (SS) Project. After this date, an award will be made.
