The contract is for the procurement of 139 backshells for electrical connectors, identified by NSN 5935-01-496-7393 and part number 447HS325XW1308 from Glenair, Inc., under solicitation SPE7M5-26-T-310D. The items are designated as critical application components and must meet all technical and quality requirements specified in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which supersede other standards such as ASTM D3951. Sampling and inspection follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise stated, and attributes are assigned verification levels or AQLs accordingly. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-129 for marking and labeling, and palletization must adhere to DLA’s RP001 requirements, with hazardous materials packaged per IP025 and non-hazardous items per ASTM D3951 only where not overridden by DLA standards.
