The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply and delivery of hook-back (stick-on) accoutrements including rank patches, name tapes, and special insignia for use with various MULTICAM® uniforms. The equipment being bid in this requirement must fully comply with the Technical Specifications within the Request for Standing Offer solicitation document.The period of the Standing Offer will be for three (3) firm years from the date of the Standing Offer issuance with the option to extend the period by three (3) additional one (1) year periods.The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
