The effort is targeted toward small businesses set aside under NAICS code 238220 and seeks input from qualified contractors on their capacity to perform HVAC component replacement services at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The work involves the removal of 26 defective Variable Air Volume (VAV) controllers and 26 associated thermostats, followed by the installation of 26 new, customer-provided Carrier-compatible units. Additional tasks include ancillary work such as ceiling tile handling, wiring adjustments, and coordination with the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative to ensure full system functionality.
