Solicitation SPE8ED-27-Q-0070 is a Firm Fixed Price request from the Defense Logistics Agency for the procurement of textile bags under NSN 8105-01-658-5929. The requirement consists of two line items totaling three units, with a delivery deadline of 90 days after award and a required delivery date of October 6, 2026. Delivery is set for Malmstrom AFB in Montana under the First Destination Transportation program, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. The contract mandates strict adherence to packaging and labeling standards, specifically ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129, with DLA Master List requirements and RP001 palletization standards taking precedence. Administrative requirements include the use of the Wide Area WorkFlow system for all invoicing and payment processing. Compliance is required across several federal regulations, including DFARS 252.204-7012 for safeguarding covered defense information and various Buy American certifications. The solicitation is not a small business set-aside and requires offerors to maintain active registration in the System for Award Management.
