The anticipated RFQ issuance date has been corrected in red to October 2026. * BALLARD LINK EXTENSION CIVIL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES PROCUREMENT UPDATE Sound Transit (ST) is preparing to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in October 2026 for Civil Engineering Design Services supporting the Ballard Link Extension (BLE) project. ST established a secure Data Room containing selected project information relevant to the anticipated evaluation criteria and development of responsive SOQs.
