REQUIREMENT: Purified, Type A, gelling protein obtained from collagen extracted from pork-skin (porcine) VYSE Professional Grade Ballistic Gelatin or equal Physical Properties: Bloom strength shall be 250 +/-5 g per USP/NF Viscosity shall be 44 + 2.0 mps per GMIA Clarity shall be < 25 NTU per CCL-010 Shelf Life When protected from water in a temperature and humidity conditioned environment, the gelatin shall have a shelf life greater than 3 years. Each pallet shall be within 1200lbs or 100lbs and shall be from the same homogeneous gelatin lot SUBMISSION DETAILS: Each potential source is requested to provide the contract number(s), dollar value(s) and brief description of work previously or currently being performed, which specifically demonstrates the contractor's ability to successfully satisfy the requirement listed above.
