The product is an elastic bandage designed for holding wet or dry dressings in place, specifically intended for use on adult fingers, toes, and circumcisions. It features an open netted design with a nylon and polyester covering and is latex-free. Each unit includes an applicator for ease of use and is sold individually, with a unit of issue of each. The bandage must have a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture, and no more than five months may have passed from the manufacturer's production date to the date of delivery to the government.
