Specifications and bid forms are available on Pennbid. Proposals must be submitted electronically on Pennbid. Each bidder is required to bid on the total project. All quantities listed are approximate. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $825.00 per calendar day. All Bidders are invited to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at Bangor Borough Hall on July 10, 2026 at 10:00 am.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to "Bangor Borough" in the amount of 10% of the total bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
