Banking and Procurement Card Services Bid

The Daniel Boone Regional Library Board of Trustees is soliciting proposals from financial institutions to provide banking and depository services as well as merchant services, including the optional offering of Health Savings Accounts, beginning January 1, 2027. The request, issued on August 6, 2026 under solicitation number 2026 Bank Bid, requires responses to be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. on October 27, 2026, to the DBRL Administration Office. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications and overall favorability, with the Board retaining sole discretion to select the bank or banks deemed most qualified to meet its needs. The contract will cover the full range of services necessary to support DBRL’s financial operations, including account management, transaction processing, and merchant solutions, with performance taking place within Missouri.
