AI Contract Overview
Solicitation SPE7L1-27-T-1839 is a fixed-price procurement issued by the DLA Weapons Support Land Supply Chain for the supply of 37 units of latch bars and mounting brackets, identified by NSN 5340016017904. The items must be manufactured according to TDP Rev A Gen 1, Basic Drawing NR 19207 12517618, Revision A dated May 23, 2009. Delivery is required within 154 days, with a need ship date of April 6, 2027, and a final required delivery date of June 2, 2027. The shipment terms are FOB Origin, with the destination for inspection and acceptance located at the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in Pennsylvania. The contract mandates strict adherence to DLA Master List technical and quality requirements, which take precedence over ASTM D3951 for non-hazardous packaging. Hazardous materials must be packaged per TQ requirement IP025 and labeled according to the Hazard Communication Standard, while all packaging must comply with MIL-STD-129 and RP001 palletization standards. Quality assurance involves sampling per MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, with a zero-nonconformance requirement if MIL-STD-105/ASQ Z1.4 is utilized. This is not a small business set-aside, though a price evaluation preference is available for certified HUBZone small business concerns. Additionally, the government will not evaluate offers utilizing additive manufacturing processes.
