The supplier must be listed on the Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors (QSLD) as mandated by DLA Troop Support, and any deviation from this requirement must be explicitly declared. Products not sourced from QSLD-approved distributors will be considered unauthorized substitutions and may incur criminal penalties. Government inspection requirements are waived for QSLD-compliant suppliers, and packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E, with preservation methods complying with ASTM B660 and marking in strict accordance with MIL-STD-129. The total quantity ordered is 400 feet with zero tolerance for variance, delivery is required within 82 days after order date, and the destination is the DLA Distribution Center at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.
