The contract establishes a vehicle for new construction, alteration, repair, and demolition services, as well as design-build capabilities, across various locations including the Air Base, Weapons Station, and other associated sites. Proposals must be submitted electronically via DoD SAFE, and the current deadline has been extended to October 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT. Contractors are required to adhere to strict quality control and safety standards, including compliance with USACE EM 385-1-1 and the Davis-Bacon Act.
