ANY EFFORT ON THE PART OF THE VENDOR TO PROVIDE A QUOTE IS AT THE VENDOR'S OWN RISK, AND NO REMUNERATION WILL BE MADE FOR ANY PRODUCT THE VENDOR GENERATES NOR FOR TIME THE VENDOR SPENDS TO LEARN ABOUT THE REQUIREMENT AND OR PROVIDE A QUOTE. AWARD CAN ONLY BE MADE IF FUNDING BECOMES AVAILABLE BEFORE THE END OF THE GOVERNMENT FISCAL YEAR - 30 SEP 2026. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE A NO-AWARD DECISION FOR ANY REASON.
THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES MAKING AN RECOMMENDATION FOR AWARD TO ONE (1) VENDOR ONLY WHICH CAN SATISFY THE ENTIRE REQUIREMENT AS DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED STATEMNET OF WORK (SOW)
