The contract has an overall capacity of 400 million dollars over a period of performance spanning five years and six months, with ordering periods running from June 27, 2027, through December 26, 2032. The scope encompasses new construction, alteration, repair, and demolition of buildings, roads, and utilities across several locations, including the Air Base, Weapons Station, Short Stay Recreational Area, North Auxiliary Airfield, and the Defense Fuel Supply Point, with additional emergency support for Seymour Johnson and Shaw Air Force Bases.
