The scope of work includes the provision of a transport circuit, necessary hardware, BGP routing, connectivity monitoring, troubleshooting, and 128 dedicated routable IPv4 addresses. Bidders must maintain FCC Green Light Status, provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and FCC Registration Number (FRN), and certify that equipment complies with the Secure Networks Act. Additionally, the successful contractor must conduct criminal background checks for employees with unsupervised campus access and maintain specific insurance limits, naming the District as an additional insured. Proposals must be submitted in a non-bound format, including one original, one copy, and one PDF version on a USB drive, delivered to the District by 2:00 p.m. PST on November 12, 2026. Invoicing is structured through USAC via Form 474, with the District responsible only for the non-discounted share of costs.
