RESPONSE TIME HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO DEC 11 at 1100 AM **** INDUSTRY DAY IS SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 14, SEE THE ANNONCEMENT FOR FURTHER DETAILS**** Notification to Offerors - Pre-Solicitation Notice FCC Base Operations Support Services FCCPRESOL16 Categories Facility Support Services I. BACKGROUND The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) intends to issue a Request for Proposal to solicit selected 8(a) Offerors for the purpose of entering into a contract. FCC will conduct this acquisition using competitive procedures under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and it anticipates awarding a single IDIQ or BPA with Task Orders after receipt and evaluation of all vendor quotations. This requirement is for the FCC Base Operations Support Services. The work under of this effort will be performed on Hybrid Vehicle with Firm Fixed Price, Labor Hour and Time and Material CLINs If you are interested in this acquisition, please notify the FCC as soon as practicable. II. Comments : 1. SERVICES REQUIRED: At a time to be determined, the FCC will issue a request for proposals for services to be provided on a Firm Fixed Price, Labor Hour and Time and Material basis. The tasks described within the attached PWS will be performed at the location(s) identified in the PWS. 2. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12 - month option years. Places of Performance: as Listed in PWS Draft 3. DOCUMENTS: Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section B, L & M and List of current vendors. 4. LEVEL OF EFFORT: The anticipated level of effort is listed in the PWS. This approximation is only an estimate and this estimate is NOT binding to or expected in contract quotes. This information is provided only for estimation and planning purposes. 5. QUESTIONS: If you have questions regarding this requirement, please submit your inquiries as soon as possible via email but no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time, DEC 7, 2015 to the Contracting Officer, Kadian Ferguson or Fred Schellhammer at the email addresses in this FBO notification. Questions submitted by a method other than electronic mail will not be accepted. Questions submitted after Dec 7 will be evaluated by the Government for relevancy. Please be advised that the Government reserves the right to transmit those questions and answers of a common interest to all prospective vendors. All e-mail inquiries shall have "Question - FCCPRESOL16" included in the subject line. 6. Industry Day The Government intends to host a two or three day event regarding site visits. Those visits will be coordinated internally and the dates posted on the FBO site at least one week prior. See Note Below* All correspondence shall reference "FCCPRESOL16" in the subject line. *NOTE: It is the vendor's responsibility to read the Draft PWS and all related documents carefully and completely and to monitor the FBO website for any updates to the Pre-solicitation and announcement of Industry Day.
