Base Seattle LVP flooring replacement

Updated statement of work 04/17/24. Updated section 5.2 to add instructions on base molding, black vinyl cove base, and leveling requirements. Replaced laminate floor wording in 5.3 to LVP (luxury vinyl plank). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The work consists of providing all labor, equipment, material, transportation, supervision, items and services necessary to ensure the removal of existing flooring and installation of new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring approximately 1660 square feet at Base Seattle.
