Please see attached SF30. *********************************************************************************** The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469023Q0025, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is for Base-wide Natural Gas Leak Detection Survey for approximately 48 miles of natural gas primary and secondary distribution lines, 600 regulators, 560 valves, 100 meters/risers utilizing leak detection equipment. This will be 100% Small Business set aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541990 with a size standard of $19.5M. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.
