Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune has a requirement for 2 Base-X 305 Tent Liners and 4 Base-X 305 Tent Systems. 


The Government intends to award a contract resulting from a solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes:


(1) Price;


(2) Technical;


(3) Past Performance.
