Full Description

The US Naval Hospital, Guam is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit quotes for the purpose of entering into a firm-fixed price contract for basic cable television and internet services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, reference NAICS code 517110. This acquisition is being processed in accordance with FAR 13.1 and FAR 12.6. The Government anticipates awarding a base period of one year plus one option year contract. If interested in quoting, submit in accordance with this RFQ.
