This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to PetroSkills Conference Center, 25403 Katy Mills Parkway, Katy, Texas 77494. This proposed contract action is to procurement basic reservoir engineering training on the Governments site at 888 First Street NE, Washington, DC 20426 to support the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Commission. The Government intent to award a contract with a period of performance of 4 May 2009 through 8 May 2009 a five day training session. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. Interested parties please send quotations/responses to Mr. Kevin Woody via e-mail at Kevin.Woody@ferc.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
