This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) as an agent for Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (“VCHA”) to identify a Proponent to enter into a non-exclusive Contract between a Proponent and VCHA, for the supply of Basic Wheelchairs (“the Products”) and provision of Basic Wheelchair services (“the Services”) for Long Term Care (“LTC”) facilities in alignment with updates to the Ministry of Health’s Wheelchair Policy and described in Appendix I (Specifications) (“the Products and Services”) to VCHA at their facilities listed in Appendix B (List Of Participating Health Authority Facilities).
