The requirement specifies parts from either Grove U.S. LLC (P/N 80087119) or East Penn Manufacturing Co. (P/N 8A4D). These items are classified as Type I Code M with a non-extendable shelf life of 24 months. The contract is a fixed-price acquisition with delivery required within 145 days after order, featuring a need ship date of March 14, 2027, and an original required delivery date of October 31, 2027. Administrative requirements include electronic invoicing via the Wide Area WorkFlow system and compliance with various FAR and DFARS clauses regarding cybersecurity, domestic material restrictions, and the Buy American Act. Quotations are due by October 19, 2026, to the issuing office in Columbus, Ohio.
