The product must be furnished by approved manufacturers, Crown Battery or Deere & Company, with specific part numbers. Deliveries are due within 60 days of award, with no quantity variance allowed. Inspection and acceptance occur at origin. Shipments are directed to multiple global locations including Spain, Belgium, South Korea, Kuwait, and Germany, each with precise freight and marking instructions. The contract incorporates technical and quality requirements from the DLA Master List and applies the revision in effect on the solicitation issue date.
