If original OEM drawings are unavailable, an engineering analysis detailing the development methodology must be submitted, and if reverse engineering was employed, a comprehensive report covering sample count, measurement techniques, data collected, tolerances justification, and acceptance rationale must be provided to the engineering support activity. Packaging, marking, and shipping must adhere to hazardous materials regulations under IP025, with physical identification and unclassified item marking required per RQ017, and hazardous communication standards observed under RQ034. Government identification must be removed from non-accepted supplies per RQ011.
