Solicitation SPE7L7-27-Q-0009 is a firm fixed price request for quotations issued by DLA Land and Maritime for the procurement of three lead acid, valve regulated, AGM storage batteries, identified as critical application items. The required hardware must match Brandywine Communications part number 002-0005. The contract mandates strict adherence to quality and safety standards, including a non-extendable shelf life of 24 months for Type I Code M items. Technical requirements include compliance with MIL-STD-129P(4) and MIL-STD-130N(1) for marking, and MIL-STD-2073-1E for packaging.
