Amendment 1 (posted 4/20/2026): The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes:


1. Disregard the custom sheltered entrances on sheet G-02 of the plans.


2. The quantity for item 2 subitem 55202-B2 has been increased to 2300.


3. The quantity for item 3 subitem 55202-O1 has been increased to 450.


4. There will not be a charge for on-site borrow.


5. The due date for quotes is extended to 4/23/2026 at 1700 (5 pm) Alaska time.


Statement of Requirement


This project involves the removal of an existing concrete trail along the Portage Lake lakefront, and construction of a new trail that connects the existing Trail of Blue Ice to the Begich Boggs Visitor Center (BBVC).
