The specified tasks for the Confluent ancillary service support are commensurate with Confluent’s commercial service support taskings under the Confluent Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) Number PS-RFE-Inc-V2. The following are the core taskings for SKU# PS-RFE-Inc-V2: The contractor shall assist with the design, configuration, deployment, upgrading and maintenance of Confluent Platform. The contractor shall assist with the design, development, configuration, and troubleshooting of data routing and enrichment use cases for the Confluent Platform. The contractor shall provide professional services materials that will contain code where required or when necessary to assist the Government in the creation of the Confluent Platform. Professional Services Materials containing code may include automation scripts and documentation, as applicable, accelerator artifacts. The contractor shall provide six (6) private remote, instructor led, classes for a length of three (3) days. The contractor shall ensure that certifications procured by the Government can be used for either Developer or Administrator Certifications.
