This work includes, but is not limited to, replacement and repairs of deteriorated structural components for two public access Staircases located at 12th Avenue and 10th Avenue along Scenic Road, providing public access to Carmel Beach. Work shall be completed in accordance with all applicable project plans, specifications, and permit requirements. The contract and bidding documents will be made available Friday, June 12th, at http://ci.carmel. ca.us (under the tab “I Want to Submit a Bid or Proposal”). See Appendix C: Specifications and Project drawings titled Beach Access 12th & 10th Avenue Stairs Repair.
