Installation of a natural-gas/liquid-propane standby emergency generator (Generac G007210-10, 24 kW, 240/120V single phase) to provide backup electrical power to the existing front gate facility during utility outages. The project includes a 250-gallon liquid propane tank, two cast-in-place concrete equipment pads, an automatic transfer switch, and associated underground electrical conduit and gas piping. All work occurs at the existing gate on developed ground and provides no expansion of the facility's use.
