The procurement will be conducted through a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued as an unrestricted, indefinite quantity contract with one base year plus four option years. The contract guarantees a minimum quantity of 75 units and allows for a maximum annual contract quantity of 600 units, reflecting an estimated annual demand of 300 units. The RFP will consider factors including price and past performance in awarding the contract. DFARS clause 252.225-7016 applies, but surge and sustainment provisions and reverse auction clauses are excluded. The solicitation will be available exclusively in electronic PDF format on the DLA DIBBS website starting December 30, 2011. Acquisition specialists DeVora J.
