AI Contract Overview
This contract is for the procurement of 10 units of a bearing, specifically a ball rod end, identified by NSN 3110-01-490-3302. The solicitation, issued under the number SPE4A6-26-T-04K1, is managed by the Department of Defense’s ASC Commodities Division with a delivery requirement of 143 days after order. The place of performance is New Cumberland, and the contracting process is governed by detailed technical and quality requirements as outlined in the DLA Master List, with applicable revisions determined by solicitation or award dates. The contract includes stringent quality assurance and packaging standards, as well as provisions for configuration management and inspection at origin. Notably, the contract imposes export control restrictions under ITAR and EAR regulations, limiting dissemination of technical data to authorized contractors only. This entails completion of DLA-required training and certification processes to handle export-controlled information securely. The primary point of contact for this acquisition is Stephanie Cruz, reachable via the Department of Defense’s procurement platform for responses by the stated deadline of May 12, 2026.
