This item is manufactured to a " GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY (CAGE: 07482) DRAWING: 9959M70 REV-V P/N 9959M70P01 Source Controlled Drawing." Approved Sources: FAG (CAGE 36069) P/N: 1962M83P01 and MRC BEARINGS INC (CAGE 38443) P/N: 9959M70P01. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies ?Sole source (FAR 6.302?1) Unrestricted procurement The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. The required delivery for is 224 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one?year period with the option to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one?year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 109 per contact period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 36 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 120 each.
