Solicitation SPE4A6-27-T-0762, issued by the DLA Weapons Support ASC Commodities Division, is for the procurement of six sleeve bearings under NSN 3120009501910. The contract requires delivery to DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, California, with a need ship date of March 16, 2027, and a final required delivery date of October 31, 2027. Contractors must provide a formal declaration of the material's domestic or foreign nature to be considered for award. Additionally, the contract prohibits the intentional use of mercury or mercury-containing compounds in the hardware, preservation, or packaging. Technical compliance is governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with packaging and marking adhering to MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129. Quality assurance involves a zero-based sampling plan in accordance with MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331. Administrative requirements include the use of Wide Area WorkFlow for invoicing and compliance with DFARS 252.204-7012 regarding the safeguarding of covered defense information.
