The item must be identified per MIL-STD-130N and configuration-controlled per the cited drawing and part number, and the supplier, Beemer Precision Inc, is required to provide a Certificate of Quality Compliance. All technical and quality requirements referenced through R and I numbers are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with sampling procedures mandated to follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 using zero-defect acceptance criteria unless otherwise defined. Attributes are to be classified and verified at designated levels with AQLs of 0.1 for critical, 1.0 for major, and 4.0 for minor, and unspecified attributes are deemed major. Mercury or mercury-containing compounds are strictly prohibited in the product or its direct contact, except for functional uses in specific devices like batteries or instruments as outlined by NAVSEA, and any portable mercury-containing devices must include a secondary containment system. The delivery destination is the USNS JOHN LEWIS T-AO 205 in San Diego, with shipping required via traceable freight methods—parcel post is forbidden. The purchase request number is 7016495995, and inspection and acceptance occur at the destination. Additional documentation obligations under Clause 52.246-9000 and Clause 52.211-9042 apply, and the supplier’s CAGE code and part number are critical identifiers within the supply chain.
