The contract specifies the procurement of a single bearing, washer, thru with NSN 3120-01-281-9121, under solicitation SPE4A6-26-T-09TD, for delivery to USNS IMPECCABLE T AGOS 23 at FPO AP 96668 within 20 days. Strict prohibitions against mercury or mercury-containing compounds apply to all hardware and supplies, with exceptions limited to functional uses in batteries, fluorescent lights, instruments, sensors, controls, weapon systems, and chemical analysis reagents specifically authorized by NAVSEA. Portable devices containing mercury must be shockproof and include a secondary containment boundary as mandated by NAVSEA 5100-003D. Mercury is also strictly forbidden in preservation, packaging, packing, and labeling processes. All items must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E for preservation, MIL-STD-129 for marking, and DLA packaging requirements. Sampling follows MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified, and critical attributes must meet verification level VII or an AQL of 0.1. The item is designated a critical application item, and packaging must adhere to the specified unit of issue and palletization standards. Delivery is FOB destination with no variance allowed in quantity, and inspection and acceptance occur upon arrival.
