Full Description

Solicitation IQC10092009017 will contain two sole source part-numbered items manufacturer Lord Corporation; CAGE 76005. Application/ End Item Application: Various End Items to include the C-130; C-135and others. The two NSNs are 3120-01-417-0134 and 3120-01-417-0136 and they are being solicited for award of a Stock/DLA Direct Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for an add-on initiative to a previously awarded contract for the remaining three option years. The requirement will be solicited as Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. The Part Numbers, Guaranteed Minimum (GM), and Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are available upon request. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not therefore request for such data should not be submitted to the DSCR-VABA. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for future award consideration. Any items included in the solicitation that are later determined to be competitive will be removed from the solicitation prior to award. Delivery: FOB: Origin; Inspection /Acceptance: Origin, Delivery Schedule 240 days ARO. Surge coverage is not required for these NSNs. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is estimated at April 21, 2010. Vendors expressing an interest in the requirement must submit a written request for a paper copy of this solicitation.
