Full Description

To capitalize on the opportunities within Central Beaverton and to meet the community's desire to create a revitalized, vibrant downtown core, the Beaverton Urban Renewal Plan (Plan) was developed in 2010 and approved by voters in 2011. The Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency is responsible for administering and monitoring urban redevelopment activities within the City of Beaverton. In early 2022, BURA opened the Beaverton Central Garage (Garage) which is the first paid parking garage within the city. Construction of the garage occurred simultaneously to that of the neighboring Patrica Reser Center for the Arts (The Reser). The Garage, Reser and retail spaces are located on the same plat but are comprised of three separate condominiums (condo(s)), managed by an external condominium management firm. This RFP will only be encompassing the property management needs of the garage retail condo, but not management of condo itself. The surrounding area and condos have multiple property management entities, and coordination with the various entities will be required. Additionally, BURA may request additional property management services for other properties BURA owns. Property management firms that provide as needed or hourly pricing for additional services will be preferred.
