The Fort Worth Independent School District is seeking proposals for Behavioral Health Services to support students and families through its Family Resource Center (FRC) program. These services, which include individual, family, and group behavioral health support, will be purchased on an as-needed basis. The FRC program offers families referrals and coordinates a range of behavioral health-related services, often provided at no cost through partnerships or memoranda of understanding. However, for specialty or high-demand services, particularly those serving indigent, uninsured, or low-income students, the district is looking to contract with qualified providers. The contract will begin upon award and run through June 30, 2027, with fixed pricing for this initial term and the possibility for up to five one-year extensions based on district funding and mutual agreement on pricing. Submission of a response to this RFP is mandatory for vendors wishing to continue providing these services, as it replaces the previous solicitation RFP 25-064. The district reserves the right to issue additional proposals and approve multiple vendors if deemed beneficial, using a consistent proposal numbering system with suffixes for follow-ups. The services will be delivered throughout Texas, with the district handling coordination via the FRCs, which include a range of co-located professionals to address behavioral health needs. The deadline for proposal submission is June 10, 2026, and the designated contact for inquiries is Tina Harris.

The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Behavioral Health Services that will be purchased on an "as needed" basis. Fort Worth ISD provides access and referrals to behavioral health and behavioral health-related services for its students and families through the Family Resource Center (FRC) program. Families are referred to the FRC by District staff, community professionals, and via self-referral. The FRC staff provides intake and assessment services followed by the coordination of service options and dispositions. In an attempt to facilitate family- friendly service plans, the FRCs offer co-located providers such as counselors, social workers, educators, case managers/coordinators, intake specialists, and other behavioral health providers. Many of the services and service providers offered through the FRC sites are available free of charge or as a result of a memorandum of understanding between FWISD and the provider. Other specialty or high demand services not available through a shared, cost-free commitment must be sought out by the FRC administrators and contracted on an annual basis. One such population for which there is high need for behavioral health services but low availability is for indigent, uninsured or low-income FWISD students and families. This request for proposal seeks area providers with qualified staff to facilitate behavioral health services (individual, family, group, etc..) for students served by the FWISD Family Resource Centers. The period of performance shall be from date of award through June 30, 2027 . Pricing must remain firm for the initial period. All purchase orders for these services dated and issued within these dates will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP. This solicitation also includes the option to extend the agreement for five (5) additional years, in one (1) year increments, contingent upon funding. Cost/price during option years will be agreed upon between vendors and Fort Worth Independent School District. The District may elect to issue subsequent proposals and approve additional vendors for the same or similar items/services during the agreement period, if it is determined to be in the best interest of the District. Subsequent proposals will have the same proposal number followed by an alpha character i.e. (Proposal xx-xxx-A). Vendors who respond successfully to the original or a subsequent proposal DO NOT have to respond to this proposal again. **IMPORTANT NOTE: This solicitation will replace RFP 25-064 Behavioral Health Services. Vendors must submit a response to this RFP in order to continue to provide Behavioral Health Services to the District.**
