This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for information purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS, OR BIDS. All of the following information is approximate and may be altered in the actual solicitation. Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. DLA Land and Maritime anticipates issuing a solicitation in the near future for approximately 402 each of NSN 6350-00-295-2682 a Bell Electrical on Solicitation Number SPE7M214R0030. Items will be procured IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-A-15303P REVISION NR P DTD 11/19/1986 PART PIECE NUMBER: MIL-A-15303 TYPE IC/B1S4 . The anticipated destinations are Pearl Harbor HI 96860-4549 (Approx. qty. of 72) and New Cumberland PA 17070 (Approx. qty. of 330). The anticipated packaging requirements are as follows: PKGING DATA- MIL-STD-2073-1D, 15 DEC 1999 QUP:001 PRES MTHD:10 CLNG/DRY:1 PRESV MAT:00 WRAP MAT:00 CUSH/DUNN MAT:00 CUSH/DUNN THKNESS:0 UNIT CONT:10 OPI:O INTRMDTE CONT:D3 INTRMDTE CONT QTY:AAA PACK CODE:U MARKING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-STD-129. SPECIAL MARKING CODE:00 - PACKAGE IAW MIL-A-15303. The solicitation is anticipated to require inspection of the supplies and packaging at destination.
