Belleville Maintenance Shop Roof Replacement

The City of Belleville is soliciting sealed bids for the roof replacement of the Belleville Maintenance Shop located at 17 North 12th Street, Belleville, Illinois. The project scope involves the complete rehabilitation of Roofs A, B, and C, including the full removal of existing materials down to the deck, installation of Poly ISO insulation, and the application of a fully adhered 60 MIL EPDM membrane. Roof C specifically requires a metal roof retrofit and a 20-year manufacturer warranty.
