This solicitation, issued by DLA Land and Maritime's Fluid Handling Division under number SPE7M4-26-T-446X, is a request for quotations for one nonmetallic hose, identified by NSN 4720-01-717-9981. Compliance with rigorous security and regulatory standards is mandatory. The contract incorporates Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 requirements and strict export control protocols under ITAR and EAR, requiring offerors to hold an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification to access technical data. Offerors must also comply with the Buy American Act and DFARS safeguarding requirements for covered defense information. While the solicitation provides a price evaluation preference for SBA-certified HUBZone small businesses, it explicitly excludes items produced via additive manufacturing from consideration. All invoicing and receiving reports must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
