The Virginia Department of Social Services is soliciting proposals under RFP BEN-25-048 to provide employment and training services for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T) 50-50 Program. The objective is to support SNAP recipients in achieving career objectives and wage growth through evidence-based practices, including supervised job searches, vocational training, education, and job retention services. Suppliers must comply with stringent security and administrative requirements, including SAM registration, UEI identification, and adherence to VITA and COV RAMP cloud security standards if applicable. Evaluation is based on project quality, validated need, organizational capacity, and financial readiness to support the non-federal match required by the 50/50 reimbursement model.
