Full Description

The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources of expertise to meet the requirements for repair/calibration of the BRAT. This includes analysis, problem investigation, problem resolution, validation, and integration testing. The Benchtop Reconfigurable Automatic Tester (BRAT) is a family of testers that are made-up of a collection of Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) instruments and components, installed in multi-bay chassis. The testers provide analog, digital, and radio frequency testing capabilities in support of a diverse range of LRUs. The contractor will support up to 61 separate testers that make up seven different configurations. Advanced Testing Technologies Inc. (ATTI) is the OEM and has proprietary rights to the data. The government does not own any data, drawings, or equipment relating to the BRAT. The projected period of performance would be one year. See the attached documents for full instructions for responding.
