Good afternoon,
Please see the attached DRAFT Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP), DRAFT Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), and DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Battle Force Tactical Network (BFTN)/BFTN Resilient Command, Control, Communications (RC3) System Enhanced (BRSE) Engineering Support Services.
This anticipated effort is cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF), severable, level-of-effort, and requires a Secret clearance. The period of performance is a 12-months base period and two (2) 12-month option periods.
Please review the DRAFT TORFP and advise if you plan to submit a proposal. Your response is requested not later than 3:00pm (Pacific) 17 April 2025. This information will help the Government with its planning.
The Government anticipate the final RFP release and proposal due date will be approximately four weeks from today, 8 May 2025.
In accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(F), the Government may set aside the competition for orders for small business concerns should the Government determine that the “rule of two” applies (see FAR 19.502-2).
Please confirm email receipt. Thank you!
